I used to make endless "To Do" lists and refer to them through out the day, ticking items off in a desperate search for a sense of achievement.
Saying "No" was something I never did - always seeking to ensure that the people around me were happy and comfortable ... even if that meant that I was numb and alone inside.
This all changed the day I took charge of my life. I got clear on what REALLY mattered to me. I made sure the decisions I made were aligned with my values. I made sure my actions were things that inspired me. That day I quit my corporate job of 24 years and stepped forwards into a life of PURPOSE and PLEASURE.
In my coaching practice I work with a variety of techniques to get to the root of where someone is, and what they want to be different. Whoever you are, if you are seeking tangible results, change, clarity, connection, authenticity and a deeper understanding of yourself... well, read on as we have work to do together ...

- A holistic and natural therapy that taps into the energetic power of crystals and how they affect the body and mind.
- Crystals will be placed on or around a client to help unblock, focus and direct energy.
